Account and sign-in

FSAirSync uses Discord for signing in. Your Discord password is never passed on to FSAirSync.

Creating an account or signing in

1. Open the FSAirSync website.
2. Choose Sign in with Discord.
3. Sign in to Discord if you are not signed in already.
4. Confirm the account permissions being requested.
5. On your first visit, add your FSAirSync name.

After that you can use the website and the Windows client with the same account.

Privacy

From Discord, FSAirSync only receives the information required for your account: your Discord ID, your name and — if you release it — your email address. No FSAirSync bot needs to join a Discord server.

Sign-in does not work

• Check that you are signed in to the right Discord account.
• Allow pop-ups and cookies for the FSAirSync website.
• Close the browser tab and start the sign-in again.
• If your Discord account has no confirmed email address, confirm it at Discord first.

If signing in still does not work after that, contact support with your Discord name and the error message shown.
