FSAirSync – Help for pilots

FSAirSync connects pilots in the MSFS flight simulator. You can see other aircraft around you, make yourself visible for shared flights, and talk to others by text or voice. FSAirSync offers dedicated text and voice channels for virtual airlines.

Quick start

What you need

To use FSAirSync you need:

  • a Windows PC with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 or 2024 installed
  • a good internet connection
  • an FSAirSync account - fsairsync.net
  • a microphone, if you want to use voice

You decide when you are visible

FSAirSync only shows your position once you actively start a flight and make yourself visible. Pausing or ending the flight removes you from the network again.

If you fly for a virtual airline running phpVMS, FSAirSync can report your flights there automatically - see ACARS and PIREPs.

If something goes wrong, the frequently asked questions should help.

Warning

  • Don't use fsAirsync side by side with other traffic injectors (Vatsim, Newsky, ...)
